RECENT, SMALL DRAWINGS ON PAPER
I think of it as a kind of purge, a clearing away of the overburden… these small drawings were made as the summer of 2021 began. Each day I’d make one drawing and offer it to be affordable purchased/collected on my Instagram. This was the first time I sold work exclusively via Instagram, with transactions typically taking place here, via my website. I really liked the directness and ease that it offered but I especially liked the ability to connect with a different audience for the work and get it to them quickly, affordably and without any middle man. I hope to continue offering small suites of small drawings this way every few months.
